Arkansas State Police suspended the commander of a Criminal Investigation Division without pay for a week.

Lt. Brant Tosh violated a number of department policies, including telling agents not to file overtime, using his state vehicle for personal use, and using agents and staff at his personal discretion.

While Tosh initially denied the violations, he ultimately signed a disciplinary agreement admitting to the violations.

Lt. Brant Tosh is son of State Rep. Dwight Tosh, who is a retired state police captain.
