Former State Sen. Jeremy Hutchinson Indicted Again

A federal grand jury unsealed an indictment on Thursday, April 11 charging former State Sen. Jeremy Hutchinson with embezzling money from Preferred Family Healthcare as well as providing legislative services inclusive of state grants.

In another case, State Sen. Jeremy Hutchinson was indicted for using campaign funds for personal use. In response to that case, Hutchinson stated that “everyone was doing it”. You can read more on that article here.

In August, Hutchinson was charged with 12 counts of wire and tax fraud, in conjunction with campaign-finance violations. For that, he was fined $11,000 by the Arkansas Ethics Commission.

Jeremy Hutchinson is the nephew of Gov. Asa Hutchinson.
