Possible Ballot Issues for 2022

2021 Proposed Constitutional Amendments

Below is the list (with our first impressions) of all constitutional amendments that legislators introduced before the February 10th deadline. The legislature is permitted to offer up to three constitutional amendments for the 2022 general election ballot. Forty-three amendments were proposed this legislative session.  Nine of these forty-three (over one-fifth) are dedicated to tort reform.  (All but one of these seems to be re-hashing the pro and con issues from the last (2017) tort reform attempt.)

Follow Conduit News for further conservative updates on these legislative attempts to amend our state constitution and how they may impact your economic freedom.
