Many families are struggling with school quarantines. This document is offered as a resource for assisting students and families as they navigate guidance published by the Arkansas Departments of Education and Health 2021-2022 COVID-19 Guidance for Schools.
Because sending students home is a serious issue, you may also request the information from previous quarantines. Due process should be followed and documentation available in all determinations.
Because some districts are not complying with the form — send it as a Freedom of Information Act request. State that you are seeking all records that relate to the subjects contained on this Form A. The information should be sent to you via email within 3 business days. The law provides if not received by that time, you may file legal action to procure it.
