SB615– Prohibiting Vaccine Passports in Arkansas – SUPPORT

This bill would prohibit any government actor from requiring a vaccine passport to be used for any purpose, including travel, education, or employment.
HB1765 – Prohibiting Fraud in Unemployment Insurance – SUPPORT
By: Rep. Robin Lundstrum (R – Elm Springs)
This good bill would crack down on unemployment fraud. It would crosscheck enrollees in unemployment against new hire databases, integrity data hub database, and against prison databases. It would allocate funding for the ongoing crackdown against fraud in the unemployment insurance program.
HB1868 – FOIA Exemption on Sales Tax Data – OPPOSE

This bad bill would allow a new exemption under the Freedom of Information law for sales tax data information that is reported to the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration (DFA).
HB1864 – Automatic Tax Refunds When Surplus Funds Above $100 Million – SUPPORT

This good bill would set up an automatic individual income tax refund to people who actually pay tax when the state has a surplus above $100 million.
