Women’s Right to Vote Not Absolute Says Biden

According to President Joe Biden the 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution which guarantees women the right to vote is not absolute.

Biden doesn’t stop there. He thinks the 22nd Amendment which provides a two-term limit on serving as president is not absolute. He even thinks the rules governing succession to presidential powers under the 25th Amendment is not absolute.

Heck, Joe thinks the 8th Amendment prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment is not absolute.

Shockingly Biden thinks the 13th Amendment which abolished slavery is not absolute and he thinks the 15th Amendment which protects you from being denied the right to vote on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude is not absolute.

How could it get worse? It gets worse because what Biden said was No amendment [to the Constitution] is absolute.”

There are twenty-seven Amendments to the Constitution but the 18th Amendment which prohibited the sale of alcohol was repealed by the 21st Amendment. Do you reckon he might say the 21st Amendment is not absolute and reinstate prohibition?

Biden uttered his shocking disrespect for our Constitution in trying to justify his executive orders on firearms that appear to infringe on the 2nd Amendment’s protection of your firearm rights as an individual.

Your 2nd Amendment protection is just Biden’s test case.  No part of the Constitution is safe under a Biden-Harris administration. According to Biden’s thinking he should be able twist and nullify portions of every one of the amendments to his heart’s desire.

What might be Biden’s and the liberals next target? Perhaps the further erosion of your freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, freedom of the press, the freedom of religion, the protection against unreasonable searches and seizures, the right to due process, something else, or all of these.

The danger is not just from liberals in Washington D.C. We recall a recent Arkansas effort to get counties to pass resolutions proclaiming their intent to protect our rights under the Bill of Right, which is the first ten Amendments to the Constitution. As soon as one county adopted the resolution, the Arkansas Association of Counties stepped in to try to quash the movement.

Because of President Biden’s scary interpretation of the Constitution and because many liberals think the same way, it is crucial that every politician be vetted to make sure they will defend our Constitution instead of trying to explain away our rights. And if they won’t uphold the Constitution (both the parts they like and the parts they don’t like) the politicians need to be voted out of office.

By the way, county officials need to figure out who the liberals are who are pulling the strings at their Arkansas Association of Counties.
