Fort Smith Attorney Joey McCutchen says the Fort Smith Board of Directors has not been transparent nor answered important questions regarding the massive sales tax vote happening during the February Special Election. McCutchen says this vote is perhaps one of the most important votes ever facing the city of Fort Smith.
