Sebastian County Circuit Judge Gunner DeLay is vying for a seat on the Arkansas Supreme Court. DeLay says this election is an opportunity to bring balance to the Arkansas Supreme Court and move the court in a conservative direction. “If people truly believe the Supreme Court is the last line of defense, then they’ve got a real opportunity,” DeLay says.
