The Arkansas Legislature’s investigative committee will file an ethics complaint against Central Arkansas Water over a company email objecting to SB71, a bill by Sen. Sullivan that would have ended state-sponsored affirmative action in Arkansas. Sullivan discusses that as well as Central Arkansas Water’s donations to nonprofits.
