BATESVILLE – Conduit for Commerce presented its 2025 Arkansas Legislative Scorecard on Saturday at the 1st Congressional District Meeting in Batesville. The scorecard highlights how legislators voted during the most recent legislative session. The 1st Congressional District only had two Calvin Coolidge Winners — Sen. Ricky Hill (R – Cabot) and Rep. Wayne Long (R – Bradford).
Also, in an effort to stop the ever-changing Rules of the Republican Party of Arkansas as declared by its State Rules Committee and State Executive Committee, the 1st District passed two Resolutions regarding inactive committee members. See those two resolutions below.
