After Joe Biden announced his weeping six-point plan regarding vaccine mandates, Arkansas elected officials began issuing the first of many statements — declaring they will not comply with Biden’s unconstitutional plan to require vaccinations or weekly testing for large employers.
On Friday, September 10, Washington County Judge Joseph Wood was the first to issue a statement.
Also on September 10, Crawford County Judge Dennis Gilstrap as well as Cleburne County Sheriff Chris Brown released statements, respectively, announcing defiance of the mandates.
Sheriff Brown stated in his press release:
“I am appalled at some of the absolute dictator-like things we are seeing from the Federal Government, and several of the State Governments. It is absolute tyranny, and completely abhorrent. It flies in the face of everything our country has always stood for, and is only furthering the damage and division done to the people of this wonderful nation.
