Sheila Pursell, the Executive Director of NWA Respect Life, discusses the upcoming 6th Annual ‘March for Life’ happening Sunday, January 16, 2022, at 2pm. The event will begin at Rogers City Hall at 301 W. Chestnut Street. Attendees of the march will then walk to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church at 1416 W. Poplar Street. Pursell says there will be a short rally featuring prayer, music, and guest speakers.
The Procession of Roses will take place this Saturday, January 15. Pursell says this event is to remember and honor those who were born since the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision legalizing abortion. This event will take place at 7pm at the New Hope Assembly of God Church.
