Emmy award-winning filmmaker Larry Foley joins Conduit News to talk about his film, “The Buffalo Flows,” a one hour documentary that tells the story of the country’s first national river and the efforts to preserve it.
What does the Buffalo River mean to Arkansans and why is it still so sacred? Foley, a UofA Journalism Professor, puts this into perspective and helps viewers understand the history of the Buffalo as well as the culture and way of life that was ultimately saved.
