This brochure is being made available to Arkansans so that those interested in Arkansas’ Republican party may stay informed and active.
What:
This publication includes the 2024 Republican Party of Arkansas (RPA) Platform, Rules, and Resolution, specifically identifying those changes passed during its 2024 RPA Convention. The amendments made to the Party’s foundational documents may easily be identified (in this publication) as those in red font—with additions being underlined, and deleted language identified with a strikethrough.
Where:
On Saturday, June 8, 2024, in Rogers, Arkansas, the RPA held its biennial state convention. This convention is required under the laws of this state.
How:
Pursuant to Article I, Sec 1(B), the Convention is the final authority for all party matters. Therefore, changes made at a Convention regarding the state Party Platform and RPA Rules along with a passage of a Resolution defining eligibility for service on the Rules Committee, should be made known to all Republicans across the state regarding its current party structure as well as its primary elections.
It is the belief of CFA that many of the principles in this RPA platform reflect the party’s goal to retain economic freedom for its citizens. We hope you will read and use this publication to promote economic freedom in Arkansas and return Arkansas to the land of opportunity.
