Fort Smith citizen and attorney Joey McCutchen is sounding the alarm on what he calls the Fort Smith Manifestos — initiatives and policies proposed by the city of Fort Smith that McCutchen says would radically change the culture of this city overnight.

If they can pass this in a city like Fort Smith or Searcy, or Claremore, Ok. — where they’re fighting it now — they can pass it anywhere.
