HB1009 / SB9, an act to amend the Freedom of Information Act, was filed late Monday night. Proponents of this bill will make attempts to have it heard on both the House and Senate floor Tuesday. The Senate has already suspended the rules for this special session, but the House has not.
House legislators are receiving pressure to vote once again on suspending the rules. Contact your legislators and tell them to hold the line. This legislation is too important and deserve time for proper consideration.
